MUSSELS DINNER IN 10 MINUTES
AN EASY AND DELICIOUS SOUPY MUSSELS READY IN 10 MINUTES OR LESS, SIMPLE AND FLAVORFUL
SHELLFISH DISH KNOWN TO ALL… JUST TRY AND EAT THE QUICKEST MEAL EVER.
 INGREDIENTS: 
1 : fresh mussels          2 lbs                   cleaned and debearded
2 : 5  cloves of garlic    2  French shallots           both diced
3 :  red onion   small yellow bell pepper   small red bell pepper  small orange bell pepper
( 1 each, all sliced into small pieces  )
4 : cherry  tomatoes    6-8                  cut into half
5 :   coriander         some
6 : chicken broth     200 ml
7 : 2 tbsp butter
8 : 1/2 lemon     cut in wedges for garnish

1 :  melt butter in a  wok  over medium heat, add garlic, shallots, sizzle  1 min…
2 :  add veggies and saute 1 minute…
3 : quickly  pour  in mussels , season with black pepper….
4 : pour in chicken broth , cover  and  let boil for 2 mins…
5 : open the cover,  shells begin to open , add coriander and taste..
6 : serve with pasta and lemon wedge, enjoy.
